WHAT IS THE NDAD?
Providing EDA (Electronic Directory Assistance) information for the U.S., Canada and Puerto Rico, the NDAD is the most accurate land line phone number listing database in North America.  Also, the number of VoIP's (Voice over Internet Provider) and cable phone services which participate are increasing every month further magnifying the value of this database.

WHY SHOULD YOU UTILIZE THE NDAD?
It is the database used by virtually every Directory Assistance operator in the U.S. because there is no better source of this information.  It has proven to be a vital component of the skip tracing systems of countless members of the ARM/Collection industry.  In addition, this database can be queried to create the most accurate and cost effective direct marketing lists available.

HOW IS THE NDAD CREATED AND MAINTAINED?
Across the country there are more than 2600 telephone companies.  Every evening each one of them notifies their respective Regional Bell Operating Company (RBOC) of all the changes they made that day; new connects, disconnects and relocates.  Our supplier in turn gathers this information from the RBOCs and rebuilds the entire NDAD every business night.  This database contains more than 135,000,000 current and accurate listings for residential, commercial and government listings.
